We hope that you are already starting to settle into your new home. As a new tenant, you will have a Secure Occupation Contract with us. Within the first few weeks and months of being in your new home, your local housing officer will pop in to meet you, go through some helpful tips and information about how to look after your Tenancy Contract and home.
