Christmas and New Year information

Our Contact Centre will be closed and our social media not monitored between 24 Dec 12:30pm until the 2 Jan 2026. Our emergency repairs line will be operational throughout the Christmas and New Year period for emergencies only (0300 123 3068).

Types of Tenancy Contracts

Sole and Joint

Our tenancies can be either a sole or joint Tenancy Contracts with someone else and are offered at our discretion. Once a Tenancy Contract has been agreed, you will need to speak to us to add or remove names. If you want to add someone to your Tenancy Contract, you will need to apply to us.

Change your Tenancy Contract

Sole

Whoever’s name is on the Tenancy Contract, then you are solely responsible for your Tenancy Contract with us.

Joint tenancy

This means both of you would have the same rights and responsibilities.
